How you will contribute:
As Social Media Content Manager, your main objective is to develop and manage the process for distribution of content for promoting ROI and satisfaction from our physician clients. This includes creating and publishing social media posts; managing freelance writers to produce high-quality content; contributing to the evolution of the overall social media strategy for clients; and working to improve efficiencies related to content creation. You will work one on one with customers to provide feedback, share updates, and recommendations on Social Media content.
Skills you’ll bring:
- College degree, preferably in communications or journalism, or equivalent education and work experience.
- 2+ years experience managing content creation
- 2+ years in an account management role recommending social media solutions based on customer needs and preferences
- Experience using Social Media management platform (Hootsuite preferred)
- Great written and oral communication skills; familiar with Google apps and Salesforce
- Ability to write and edit social media content and images to match business goals
- Successful multi-tasking and project management experience with a strict attention to detail
Nice to Haves:
- Experience writing in the healthcare industry
- Prior experience managing freelance writing network

You will work with the customer to ensure the Social Media content reflects the services their practice provides and supports their marketing goals. You will strategize, you will incorporate customer feedback into content creation, and you will provide a new level of value to the client that will boost each customer’s online presence. Being the subject matter expert in PatientPop’s customer Social Media content is pivotal to the success of our professional services.
In your first 90 days you will:
You will work with cross-functionally with internal teams to understand how key functions work together and influence your role. You will master the Social Media onboarding process and quarterly review calls with clients. You will refine your skills to ensure customer requests are addressed and the content creation workflow is organized. You will begin having direct contact with customers, have accountability in managing 150+ accounts, and support our key business metrics to ensure customer satisfaction through feedback surveys.
