We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be a critical member of the FloQast marketing team and join us as we build a company focused on revolutionizing the way things are done in our industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Product and Corporate Marketing, this role will be a strategic business partner focused on shaping our Go-to-Market strategies for new and existing products- leveraging competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry knowledge to create best-in-class marketing programs.  This role will meaningfully contribute to driving step change growth that enables the organization to make a lasting impact in the market.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proven product marketing leader who is passionate about the B2B customer, thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, is an expert storyteller who can translate product features into compelling narratives that inspire customers to purchase, and who can bring those stories to life in unique ways across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a social-media junkie who has experience using social platforms to amplify our marketing activities in thoughtful and creative ways. Our newest team member will take the lead on developing and executing go-to-market plans and the company’s social media strategy and activities that enable the team to drive awareness and achieve aggressive pipeline and customer acquisition goals. 

You have deep experience in the B2B SaaS space, understand how social media and content can drive awareness and demand, are an exceptional writer and have successfully launched new products that customers use and love. You will have experience collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to develop scalable marketing campaigns. You have high confidence, relentless energy, team DNA, and unwavering optimism.

Desired Skills:

  • Expertise in developing go-to-market plans, including product positioning and messaging, that align with company goals
  • Experienced in creating internal and external  facing content that is both compelling and easily consumable, including sales playbooks, training, competitive positioning, FAQs and pricing guides.
  • Passionate about the customer with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies 
  • Deep understanding of social media, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and strategies to drive organic growth via these channels
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure flawless program execution 
  • Adept at using market and competitive intelligence to influence product roadmap
  • Solid understanding of all content formats, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and infographics, and how those can be used  support awareness and demand generation objectives
  • Proven ability to develop integrated marketing campaigns that include partner programs, virtual and live events, customer marketing, digital and social media and press activity
  • Goal oriented with a maniacal focus on establishing and achieving business outcomes
  • A natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best possible results
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical;  excellent communication (written and verbal) skills a must
  • A high-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter with a can do attitude that excels in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing business needs
  • A tech-savvy marketer capable of understanding complex technical concepts and simplifying them for our customers

Required Skills:

  • 4-6+ years experience B2B product marketing experience in the Enterprise SaaS space
  • 2+ years of social media marketing experience  with experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, to drive organic growth
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business related field required; MBA a Plus
  • Solid understanding of social media tools including Sprout Social
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
