As a Sr Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market at EZ Texting, you will own the go-to-market and launch activities for all products targeting mid-sized businesses, agencies and other high-potential customer segments. You will define and drive product positioning and messaging as well as create compelling content and sales enablement tools.

To excel in this role, candidates must be team-oriented, have a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of marketing success. He or she will be an expert in translating technical features into benefits, and will have an understanding of SaaS technology and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and lead product launches.

  • Be the expert on mid-market businesses, how they evaluate, buy and use text messaging solutions; be the expert on the competition and how to beat them.

  • Produce externally facing content such as customer stories, webinars, datasheets, feature briefs, white papers, web updates, and more.

  • Create internally facing content that is both compelling and easily consumable, including sales playbooks, training, competitive positioning, FAQs and pricing guides.

  • Build strong cross functional relationships with other teams including Sales, Partnerships, Business Intelligence, Marketing and Product Management.

  • Optimize the offer strategy for the market(s) including positioning, messaging and packaging of plays to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and report out on the impact of sales plays across the different segments. Get feedback early and often from the sales team and iterate and evolve plays as needed, and build funnel for future plays.

  • A strong collaborator that can work cross-functionally to get things done.

  • A flexible individual willing and able to wear many hats.

  • A tech-savvy marketer capable of understanding complex technical concepts and simplifying them for our customers.

  • 5 years of marketing experience

  • 3 years of product marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
