As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead and own all paid acquisition strategy, execution, and measurement efforts, playing a pivotal role in company growth.
The ideal individual for this position lives, eats, and breathes paid media. They have an expert-level understanding of digital marketing channels and are fluent within their ad ecosystems. CAC, LTV, and ROI are metrics they examine and optimize daily. They’re comfortable driving big-picture media strategy without losing sight of tiny executional details. They’re relentless in their pursuit of ad spend efficiency and maintain an exceedingly high bar for creative executions.
What you'll get to do
- Build and optimize campaigns from the ground up to drive profitable growth and scale across various channels
- Own our acquisition budget and media forecasting, ensuring key OKRs are met
- Own reporting of marketing impact, building a clear understanding of demand generation goals, success metrics, and impact across the organization
- Find incremental opportunities for growth, including new channels, partners, and audiences
- Partner with designers to develop industry-leading creative executions
What success looks like in this role
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience for a high-growth company
- Expertise in paid media, SEO, lead generation, conversion optimization, and attribution and data analysis
- Daily use of marketing tools like Hubspot, Looker, Mixpanel, and ad platforms is essential
- Analytical grounding (including Excel and data analysis skills) and methodology to both prioritize opportunities and evaluate the performance of actionable tests.
- Oversee development of outstanding creative campaigns
- You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on
- Ability to succeed with minimal guidance
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Thrives under ambiguous circumstances
- Strong accountability, work ethic, and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) is preferred but not required
