We're looking for a meticulous Senior Manager, Social Media to join our Media team. This role is a hybrid of art and science, combining social and creative expertise with data-driven insights and recommendations. This role will navigate the full lifecycle of our clients' multi-million dollar campaigns. This is an integral position within a high-performance, fast-paced team, and will require strong industry knowledge in social and content marketing best practices. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious, analytical, a strategic thinker and able to navigate competing priorities to ensure that our high-value clients get optimal results.

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • 4 + years experience in paid media execution and strategy across paid social channel/platforms, preferably in performance marketing.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience across variety of platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and/or Snapchat.
  • In addition, experience in any of the following channels is preferred: Programmatic, Video, Email.
  • Widespread application of audiences, including experience with 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audience data via DMP or CDP.
  • Expertise in tracking strategy and ensuring quality implementation by working with team to set up and troubleshoot pixels.
  • Experience in trafficking with third party ad server such as Campaign Manager (formerly DoubleClick Campaign Manager).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-based environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Working understanding of cross media channels, specifically SEM/SEO best practices.
  • Influencer and/or Content Marketing experience is a huge plus.
  • Retail/eCommerce category experience also a huge plus.

What You'll Do:

  • Media Planning /Management
    • Work with client and agency team to plan/oversee the execution of social media budgets, cadence of launches/calendar.
    • Work with team to develop/execute innovative social media plans for various target audiences, campaigns, initiatives and promotions.
    • Monitor, measure and continually update best practies by platform for team
    • Identify client opportunities for emerging Paid Social targeting, optimizations, and units.
    • Research and monitor competitive social media campaigns and share analysis and recommendations with team members.
    • Identify and build Audience and Creative trends and insights to inform planning
    • Lead – Curate ,write and deliver optimization analysis based on business goals (ROAS, CPA,  CPL, R/F etc.).
    • Maintain and QA client reporting, working with our Business Intelligence team to ensure campaign reporting integrity.
    • Ensure proper trafficking and data tracking of campaigns.
    • Work across channel teams to develop testing metrics and priorities by channel/client.
    • Management & Thought Leadership
    • Support social team members, channel/media team leadership, and agency relationships.
    • Oversee, define, and maintain channel management (internal & client external) – strategic planning, media execution, creative/brand guidelines, reviewing/approvals.
    • Improve and streamline channel efficiencies and workstreams.
    • Partner and collaborate with cross-function channels & teams (Strategy, BI, Creative), to support omni-channel strategies, align with media and maximize opportunities.Serve as in-house channel expert. Keep internal and client teams up to date with best practices recommendations and industry trends.
    • Build strong relationships with key partners and leaders.
