Senior Manager, Marketing Programs
Bird is a last-mile electric vehicle sharing company dedicated to bringing safe, low-cost, environmentally-friendly transportation solutions to communities across the world. We provide a fleet of electric, shared scooters that can be accessed via smartphone. Bird is headquartered in Venice, California and is rapidly expanding across the country and the world.
The Senior Manager of Marketing Programs will be responsible for growing brand awareness, reach, and usage in target markets & segments. As a member of the integrated communications team, this hands on team player will define, articulate and execute the integration of our brand message across internal teams to strengthen the impact of campaigns. This Senior Manager will also possess a passion for operating at strategic as well as tactical levels.
What You'll Do
- Develop a cohesive marketing strategy that can connect the dots among teams (comms, product experience, and brand) to amplify the impact of campaigns
- Support on campaign execution
- Bring in new marketing channels or capabilities, as needed
- Track campaign success, creating benchmarks and goals for future efforts
- Develop playbooks for future launches and campaigns based on best practices, learnings, and performance data
- Refine positioning and messaging to grow in new markets and segments
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA Preferred
- 7+ years of experience in marketing for a consumer facing technology brand
- Passion for Bird’s mission and deep desire for collaborating with individuals across the organization
- Track record of campaign success, executing the ideas cross functionally with measurable result
- Keen attention to detail and stellar writing skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
