ZestFinance is looking for the next great addition to our Marketing Team. Could it be you? Zest’s unique AI-powered underwriting technology suite, ZAML, helps lenders and underwriters effectively predict credit risk to increase revenues, reduce risk and ensure compliance. Over the last 18 months, we’ve fueled the adoption of machine learning driven underwriting for some of the leading financial institutions in the world. During that time we’ve reimagined the role of our digital marketing efforts, and have built a great foundation, with digital as a core piece of the strategy. Now, we are poised for the next era of growth.

You will help us test, validate and build out new programs to scale our digital marketing acquisition, nurturing and conversion efforts by applying a blend of strategic, creative and scientific thinking with a set of well-honed digital marketing skills. Eventually you will help build a team and scale the digital marketing efforts in line with the company’s growth.

In this role you will:

  • Manage all aspects of online/digital marketing including managing performance marketing investments/vendors, website optimization and digital content distribution and promotion a (particularly paid search)
  • Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for utilizing digital marketing across the entire marketing and sales funnel, while partnering with key stakeholders on overall multi-channel strategy
  • Manage the building, scaling and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns for specific KPIs
  • Establish and track key performance indicators and other supporting metrics to measure digital marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Seek out and share analytical insights that demonstrate the specific value of digital platforms, channels, and programs
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and create compelling business cases for future investment
  • Champion data-driven decision making and experimentation within the marketing team and across the organization

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in a B2B Tech organization as a digital marketer including both the strategic management and the hands on execution of program development across the entire funnel
  • Excellent leadership skills with the confidence to build and lead a world class digital marketing team
  • Expert in online advertising management and optimization
  • Strong ability to vet and manage external vendors & agency partners
  • Ability to synthesize data and analytics from a wide variety of sources into concise, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision making across all levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to develop and implement plans while continuously monitoring results and implementing continuous improvement methodologiesInnate ability to stay in tune with and take advantage of emerging technology trends and platforms within web/digital marketing
  • Experience with website and landing page optimization
  • Experience working within marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) a huge plus
