The Flex Company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to transform the FLEX brand from a high-growth startup into a household name. You’ll build and execute an omnichannel brand strategy for our portfolio of products across ecommerce and retail. We have proven product-market fit, and are looking for a seasoned marketer who is motivated by the idea of building awareness and education for an entirely new product category.  This role starts as an individual contributor, and with demonstrated results, will quickly have the opportunity to recruit and manage their own team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop omnichannel brand marketing strategy for the FLEX portfolio of products
• Execute marketing campaigns to grow product awareness, education and adoption
• Work directly with major retailers to execute product launch campaigns
• Conduct and analyze customer research
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to concept and develop creative assets

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 - 7 years of experience in brand management for consumer products with at least 1 year at a high-growth startup AND at least 2 years working at a major CPG
• Must have experience building and executing strategy for retail activations (ideally mass and/or drug)
• Multi-channel marketing experience (digital, retail merchandising, out of home)
• Experience managing creative agencies and/or internal creative teams
• A collaborative, team-oriented working style
• A deep level of curiosity about customers
• Highly analytical with stellar communication skills
• MBA or equivalent preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
