About the role

This is a brand new role here at Albert! We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growth team and build affiliate partnerships to drive new customer acquisition. This person will manage our partnerships with apps, comparison sites, bloggers etc. This person will focus on scaling this function and be responsible for ensuring the successful management of each relationship end to end. This includes recruiting new partners, tracking, budgeting and building KPIs.

Things you're good at

  • Managing data: This ideal person for this role loves to dive into the numbers and make data based decisions. You will have the opportunity to track each programs’ performance and adjust and optimize.
  • Building process: We are looking for this new function to be scalable. We want someone who can build out tracking, measurement, attribution and forecasting processes for the long haul.
  • Communication: We have a large marketing function here at Albert that is incredibly collaborative. In addition to working with marketing, you will work together with product, engineering and analytics to optimize each partner’s potential

Responsibilities

  • Build affiliate strategy for long term, scalable growth
  • Review and evaluate proposals for potential partnerships
  • Recruit, onboard, maintain and grow our affiliate marketing program
  • Track affiliate programs to make sure our partners’ KPI’s and targets are being met
  • Work closely with other areas of marketing (SEO, user acquisition, social media etc.) to optimize our programs potential
  • Develop and own all channel-specific metrics including but not limited to CAC, CTR, CVR
  • Stay in tune with competition in the financial market to ensure high quality affiliate partners are delivering value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 4-5+ years working with affiliate partners in a marketing capacity
  • Extremely data driven - as these are performance based partnerships
  • Experience collaborating with teams outside of the marketing function
  • Be able to clearly communicate company vision and goals to external partners 
  • Extremely well versed with payment models: CPI, CPC, CPA, CPL,
