An instrumental part of GOAT Group, the Marketing team oversees a wide range of initiatives, which aim to build awareness, consideration and loyalty for our brands. As a member of this team, you will work to execute thoughtful, data-driven paid marketing campaigns that drive meaningful growth for the company.

As the Product Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the end-to-end marketing of products and services related to GOAT Group’s brands – GOAT, Flight Club and alias. With deep customer empathy, analytical rigor, and precision project management skills, you’ll develop insights, segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, support market and consumer research, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to bring new services and marketing programs to life. A highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics and Design teams to drive feature development, adoption, and engagement in existing and new markets. The ideal candidate has a passion for understanding the consumer, knowing the product, and bringing both together in an original way.

In this role you will:

  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and marketing programs from analysis and ideation to execution, activating other teams including Brand, Growth, and Communications to launch campaigns and drive growth and feature adoption.
  • Craft and evolve messaging, partnering with Product, Growth and Brand teams to produce marketing content across channels including apps, websites, email, social media, and ads.
  • Work with researchers and Analytics teams to produce qualitative and quantitative insights to influence strategy and shape external narratives.
  • Analyze first and third party data from multiple sources to generate customer insights, summaries and reports to evaluate program performance and inform planning and iteration.
  • Keep a pulse on the industry landscape. Monitor market trends and competitor shifts to inform strategic planning.
  • Manage our app store listings, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to coordinate store listing updates with product release calendars.
  • Coordinate external and internal partners to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery of programs and assets across channels.

You have:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant marketing experience (product marketing, brand strategy, strategic planning, growth marketing). Experience in eCommerce or at a technology company highly valued.
  • Experience in insights and strategic planning including but not limited to consumer research, segmentation, and messaging.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; you can analyze raw data to create actionable insights and identify the analysis required to tackle unstructured problems. Experience with research design is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills; you can produce executive presentations or external facing copy in a flash.
  • Strong project management skills; you are comfortable managing multiple projects at once and coordinating stakeholders across departments at multiple levels.
  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field. Equivalent hands-on experience considered.
