The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing NuORDER products and capabilities to market. This includes everything from identifying and defining customer segments, to developing messaging and positioning, to enabling the Sales and Customer Success teams. This role will provide leadership across the organization on product GTM, messaging and positioning. This is an important role for the Marketing team and NuORDER overall. It provides an opportunity for an energetic and fast-moving "A player" to come in a build the Product Marketing function from scratch

Responsibilities

• Develop and formalize the GTM process for releasing products across the organization
• Define customer segments and personas
• Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that communicates differentiated value to each customer segment
• Conduct competitive research to understand strengths and weaknesses of competitors' offerings
• Create compelling Marketing and Sales materials including website content, sales presentations, product videos and other collateral to tell the product stories
• Manage NuORDER's demo environment to enable Sales to deliver compelling product demonstrations
• Train the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing Teams on new product releases and how to speak about them to the market.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of SaaS product marketing
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM plans
• Can translate product functionality into benefits to which customers can relate
• Great storytelling, writing and presentation skills
• Self-starter who delivers high-quality work on time
