ZestFinance is looking for the next great addition to our Marketing Team. Could it be you? Zest’s unique AI-powered underwriting technology suite, ZAML, helps lenders and underwriters effectively predict credit risk to increase revenues, reduce risk and ensure compliance. Over the last 18 months, we’ve fueled the adoption of machine learning driven underwriting for some of the leading financial institutions in the world. During that time we’ve also mapped out the buying journey - our typical sales cycle can be complex, and navigating it successfully requires providing the right level of tailored education across a variety of customer stakeholders. In this role, you will lead the charge in a range of critical initiatives to support our prospective customers in the adoption of machine learning driven underwriting.

In this role you will:

  • Own the development and execution of the ZAML go-to-market strategy and collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, engagement and marketing to ensure alignment
  • Create product collateral such as data sheets, solution briefs, thought leadership papers, and customer-facing presentations
  • Support the continued refinement of the ZAML customer buying journey in coordination with marketing, sales, product and engagement
  • Support the efforts of the sales team and co-sell partners by building effective sales enablement tools and materials such as presentations, product information sheets, digital enablement tools, customer reference adoption stories and more
  • Understand and map the buying journey to relevant, targeted content, sales enablement tools, and other materials that will drive and accelerate the buying process
  • Own the development of frameworks for product messaging and customer success stories for use in product collateral, sales conversations, sales enablement tools, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales and company leadership on developing and optimizing product pricing to maximize revenue generation, sales conversions, and speed
  • Support the planning process for the launch of new products and releases and be a key stakeholder in the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Manage the building, scaling and optimization of product marketing programs for specific KPIs
  • Seek out and share analytical insights that demonstrate the value of product marketing investments

We are looking for:

  • 9+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B tech organization or relevant experience in financial services
  • A strong strategic and analytical thinker, capable of understanding a multitude of buyer personas and incorporating this understanding into concrete product marketing roadmap
  • Ability to conceptualize large impact projects and develop milestone driven plans for execution
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to vet and manage external vendors & agency partners
  • Ability to synthesize product marketing efforts into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision making across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to develop and implement plans while continuously monitoring results and implementing continuous improvement methodologies
