SUMMARY

We're looking for marketers who have a passion for translating deep customer empathy into compelling stories that showcase WELL’s platform and its crucial role in solving problems faced by patients nationwide. The Product Marketing Manager plays a major role in our company’s success by partnering with multiple internal teams, providing critical customer insights, and creating best-in-class go-to-market campaigns to help improve overall client satisfaction.

Product Marketing Managers work alongside WELL’s product and engineering team to fully develop the commercial messaging and programs that connects the WELL platform to our market. You will be responsible for establishing and building strong relationships with WELL’s customers, while also working with our internal teams, such as the Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. As the liaison between WELL and our prospective clients, the Product Marketing Manager is a strong communicator with a knack for marketing strategy within the rapidly-changing healthcare technology industry.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to paint the vision for the future through championing our customer’s stories, understanding competitors and the market environment, while working with Engineering, Product, Implementation and Sales to bring it all to life. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Use innovative techniques, marketing analytics, rapid experimentation and testing to uncover customer, competitor and channel insights.
  • Understand the necessary business outcomes and what levers will drive those outcomes.
  • Based on the above, develop marketing strategy and execute integrated marketing plans that win in the marketplace
  • Delivering consistent and integrated messaging across external platforms that demonstrate the benefit while establishing value of our best-in-class technology and services to the healthcare industry
  • Bridge the product and sales teams bidirectionally to ensure market feedback is addressed and the sales team is up-to-date on the development roadmap
  • Determining how to position offerings, run promotions, and create and execute messaging that inspires / promotes customer and influencer conversations.
  • Collaborating with Product, Design and Care teams to build compelling messaging and marketing assets that showcase WELL’s newest products and features.
  • Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure the right customer expectations are set and consistently delivered across the end-to-end experience, from customer acquisition through retention.
  • Continually monitoring business performance and analytics to optimize marketing plans to drive conversion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • 3+ years of technology/SaaS knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • Passionate about healthcare (industry experience a plus!)
  • Innovative thinker that leverages an experimental mindset to gain insights
  • Learning mindset and tenacity in breaking barriers and taking risks
  • Ability to inspire a team towards a common goal, and ability to collaborate with them to achieve it
  • Master multi-tasking skills and the ability to juggle it all while keeping cool and composed
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment
