Honey is helping millions save money on a daily basis and we're growing! We’re looking for an intuitive and analytical product marketing manager to play a critical role in driving engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with go-to-market strategy, translating user insights into product recommendations, and crafting captivating messaging for touchpoints big and small.

As an authority on consumer wants and needs, you’ll work closely with product, customer support, analytics, and CRM.

Responsibilities

Strategy + Implementation

  • Work with the Director of Consumer Communications to develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for product launches and feature updates
  • Unlock opportunities across Honey’s web platform, extension, and mobile app in order to hit aggressive engagement and revenue KPIs
  • Help define Honey’s positioning and articulate the consumer-facing benefits across all member touchpoints
  • Write compelling copy and create wireframes for key acquisition, UX, and retention touchpoints
  • Help develop user personas based on market research, usage data, and more
  • Paint a holistic picture of member experience by marrying hard data with research that may include user testing, surveys, and focus groups

Analysis + Reporting

  • Help establish KPIs and dashboards for product marketing efforts
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting for product marketing initiatives and tests
  • Report on the successes and shortcomings of GTM in order to make recommendations for continued user education and adoption after a feature has gone to market
  • Analyze usage data, consumer feedback, and product-market fit to inform product experience, prioritization, and functionality

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience for a consumer tech or e-commerce company
  • Proficiency in A/B testing
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with an unusually high level of curiosity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; formal copywriting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience taking a mobile app to market strongly preferred
