TikTok is based in Los Angeles, with global offices in London, Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Jakarta, Mumbai, and Moscow. As the Product Marketing Manager for TikTok Creator Marketplace (TCM) & Creator Monetization, you set the the go-to-market strategy for our TCM platform (https://creatormarketplace.tiktok.com/) as well as ideate first to market strategies for unique creator monetization opportunities. You will partner closely with both the user and ads product teams to bring forth new TCM platform features to help brands discover influencers. This person uses his/her knowledge of the social media influencers and digital media industry to develop the strategy, build a cross-functional team to bring the various strategies to life, and align senior product leadership around those plans. You will then use those understandings to develop creative revenue-sharing models to encourage user content creation and align those content opportunities with brand sponsorship, promotions, and advertising. Responsibilities: 1. Define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's Creator Marketplace platform and creator monetization. You are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations for product launches. 2. Work cross-functionally with creators, sales, and product teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives across North America. 3. Partner closely with the creators / influencers team to deeply understand their needs, form B2B requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development. 4. Identify specific vertical related opportunities monetization. 5. Understand the needs and demands of our commercial customers, use your creative storytelling abilities to show the vision of how our creators can help brands and performance advertisers. 6. Become the SME of the most nascent TikTok creator monetization innovations and leverage these products to encourage content growth aligned to our commercial customer's goals. 7. Prioritize, distill and surface market intelligence to shape future rev-share products

Qualifications

1. BA/BS degree or above. MBA preferred. 2. 5+ years of product / brand marketing or product management experience with digital ad products. 3. 5+ years of experience from the digital advertising industry. 4. You understand influencer marketing trends and the competitive landscape. 5. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change. 6. A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis. 7. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. 8. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in B2B marketing campaigns - Experience working with programmatic media - Experience working with affiliates - Experience working with influencer marketing
