Interscope Geffen A&M Records ("IGA") is home to some of the biggest artists in the world including: U2, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, and many more. As a leader in the music industry, we are always looking for talented and driven individuals to join our family.

IGA is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing Director. The Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative functions to support the Director in the development and execution of innovative consumer product and brand marketing strategies for artist new music releases. The ideal candidate will be passionate about music, marketing, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with constantly changing priority projects.

Job Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to Marketing Director on all projects and day-to-day office needs (phones, calendar, scheduling, etc.).
  • Run and analyze charts reports on a weekly basis; distribute to internal teams and artist management.
  • Maintain multiple marketing & artist calendars, up-to-date with deadlines and priorities; effectively communicate priorities and changes to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Maintain asset libraries with most current and approved marketing materials (photos, artwork, logos, etc.).
  • Distribute marketing assets to internal partners to in a timely matter.
  • Create and update all one sheets, decks, and any other project-related documents.
  • Coordinate & book travel for artists and marketing division team.
  • Liaison with 3rd party vendors to create, price, and manufacture marketing assets or tools, as needed.
  • Liaison with internal finance and legal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoicing and contracts, as needed.
  • Any additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects and multiple deadlines
  • Highly organizational and strong attention to detailed
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing demands and prioritize needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong editorial/proofreading skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, or other design programs
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interest in marketing trends
  • Passion for music and entertainment

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Music Management or related field.
