RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Photographer, Paid Marketing that can shoot stills and video for best-in-class Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube advertising.

This role will work collaboratively with the in-house creative and growth marketing teams to concept and generate the requisite assets per channel.

Should have a thorough understanding of current social advertising trends and be able to adapt established web/print photo guidelines across all social ad formats and keep content fresh and relevant.

Quickly concept and create engaging photo/video assets for brand and product storytelling: on model, in-studio street style, still life, etc.

Relentlessly innovate to push the boundaries of each platform, cut through the noise and increase ad engagement.

Candidate will ideally have experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment and be extremely flexible to quickly activate on business needs and iterate as requirements shift based on content performance.

Must be entrepreneurial and have a high level of ownership/accountability for achieving business results.

Requirements

• Must have an outstanding online portfolio to demonstrate past work
• Degree in design or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience in luxury fashion advertising or related fields
• Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with animation + editing skills for videos and GIFs
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, After Effects)
• Deep experience with generating assets for platform-specific content: photos, carousels, videos, boomerangs, polls, etc
• Works well with others, takes criticism well and eager to create elevated work
• Positive attitude, Highly collaborative, flexible, and ready to work with cross-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Enthusiasm for fashion and luxury
• An expert in lighting for product and model
• Creative thinker and able to execute elevated content according to brand style
