Summary:
The Display Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns across all paid social media, display, video and mobile channels. The goal of the Display Marketing Manager is to acquire new buyers and generate demand for Nordstromrack.com | HauteLook. This position will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and work very closely with other marketing, CRM, site merchandising, product management and analytics team members.
A day in the life…
- Support planning, execution, optimization and reporting of Nordstromrack.com | HauteLook display campaigns and paid social media programs such as Facebook and Google display advertising, including retargeting
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to test, develop and distribute creative assets
- Manage budgets, forecasts, strategy and execution for the above campaigns and channels.
- Optimize campaigns for key metrics to maximize efficiency
- Identify, evaluate and execute on development of new opportunities, vendors, and technologies
- Ensure channels hit monthly and yearly targets while keeping within ROAS goals
- Work cross-functionally across marketing teams within Nordstrom to align strategy on targeting and goals
- Ensure that Nordstromrack.com | HauteLook is best in class by applying the latest technologies
You own this if you have…
- 5+ years’ experience managing paid digital media campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or relevant field of study from a top educational institution
- Familiarity with Facebook advertising, Retargeting, analytics (Google Analytics), and the Display landscape – including ad exchanges and ad networks.
- Experience with tag management/tracking technology and audience segmentation within vendor platforms (Google, Facebook)
- Proven ability to successfully manage internal and external partner and agency relationships
- In-depth knowledge of online media and familiarity with all online marketing metrics
- Ability to quickly analyze data and make decisions that drive overall sales and improve efficiency.
- Self-motivated team player with positive attitude. Ability to see projects through from beginning to end.
