Media Buyer, Paid Social

We frequently experiment and test new opportunities to continue adapting to consumer demand and market changes.
As a Digital Media Buyer, you will be responsible for identifying audiences and generating new leads for campaign targeting, as well as executing on high-volume media buys across within paid social channels. You’ll collaborate with a small team including product, engineering, and business leads to ensure profit and CPA goals are met in a fast-paced and dynamic marketplace.
The Role You Will Have:
- Collaborate with product and business owners to strategize new lead gen opportunities and execute on growth plans through high-volume ad buys
- Own experimentation and testing of campaign strategies, leveraging all available data streams to draw insights
- Build, launch, optimize and own reporting on all campaigns, communicating roadblocks in real-time and teaming up to find solutions
- Utilize a range of channels and ad networks to efficiently target global audiences and growth avenues
- Create engaging ad copy and image selections for campaigns, following strict compliance standards
- Manipulate large data sets using Excel for interpretation and reporting
- Balance the analytical and creative to achieve results
What You Will Bring:
- Experience managing high-volume, high-budget direct-response performance marketing campaigns, and optimizing for KPIs, like CPA, ROAS, and Lead Gen
- Ability to execute ad buys on paid social channels such as Facebook, Snap, Twitter, or Instagram
- Comfortability manipulating large data sets using Excel and Google Analytics, and experimenting with different targeting strategies based on audience trends
- Preference for collaboration in problem-solving and the ability to identify and share resources to accomplish business goals
- Comfortability working in the unknown and an entrepreneurial mindset
