The Key by Amazon group is currently seeking a hungry and passionate Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Santa Monica. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing an operational center-of-excellence for cross-functional project management, community outreach, and pilot testing programs. You will play a key role in increasing efficiencies and scaling the business. You will be connecting the dots when others cannot, and simplifying complex issues and questions.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, production, execution of Key community outreach and pilot testing programs.
• Ensures deliverables and deadlines are communicated to all internal and external parties for various projects. 
• Work cross functionally with product, marketing, production, and operations teams, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and deliverables. 
• Keep track of marketing initiatives and monitor feedback to improve process and promote efficiency.
• Ensure programs are launched in a timely manner and be willing to take on other projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years’ of project management experience with a production/operations background.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with local activations and/or working with local community programs. 
• A team player who can work side-by-side with other marketers.
• Quick learner, critical thinker, analytical and problem solver, willing to take direction but also exhibit initiative when working independently.
• Have the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and when given a deadline know how to motivate yourself, your managers, and associates to meet it.
• Eager to learn about different types of marketing campaigns.
