Once here you will:

  • Coordinate with multi-functional teammates from marketing, creative, product and more to deliver on-brief, on-time, and compliant content.
  • Support marketers and enable creatives by managing the process, review, approvals and timelines associated with all marketing projects.
  • Manage the annual content and production calendar for all marketing efforts, keeping all involved accountable and on track. Work and share calendar with 3-6 months of visibility to key stakeholders.
  • Write briefs, at times alongside an initiative lead, including the consumer target, communication strategy, deliverable specs and timelines.
  • Orchestrate holistic planning sessions for large-scale initiatives, facilitate synthesis and document full-scale initiative plan to share with broader team
  • If needed, coordinate consumer research and create discussion guides to inform campaign planning or validate concepts
  • Facilitate weekly project status and planning meetings with marketing, design and product teams
  • Work closely with designers and writers to help remove blockers
  • Lead QA to ensure all content is on brief, legally compliant & approved
  • Maintain an archiving system on google drive for easy navigation of all marketing content (emails, blog, social media, advertising, videos etc). Since we’re an SEC registered financial advisor, record keeping of all approved and launched content is required.
  • Lead the process of collecting feedback from multi-functional team members and find ways to improve the process for the business and broader team.
  • Scope and create work-back schedules, prioritize, and resource current and upcoming content within the broader picture of design, product, and brand resources.
  • Coordinate communication with external freelancers to create new content; videographers, writers, illustrators, photographers or editors.

The ideal candidate:
  • Strong project management skills, highly organized and able to prioritize work across multiple swimlanes.
  • Has an eye for design, embraces consumer insight and aspires to build strategic marketing chops.
  • Experienced in the development of digital ads, blog, made for social video.
    Proficient in Google suite, Google Analytics and project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira or Basecamp.
  • Able to work with people at all levels and cross functionally to bring projects from concept to completion.
  • Uses technology solutions to manage various types of projects across multi-functional teams.
  • Is a strong, proactive communicator who sets clear expectations, shares regular project updates and quickly escalates blockers.
  • Has experience working on an in-house brand team or at an agency.
  • Subscribes to the sprint method and has the metabolism to build, learn and iterate quickly.
  • Financial fluency and curiosity for social impact investing a plus.
  • Leads with empathy, integrity, and openness to learn – a person who welcomes candid feedback, and can constructively give it as well. We are building an amazing product and culture, so your attitude is just as important as your resume.
