How you will contribute:

The Marketing Operations Specialist will be directly responsible for implementing and managing the technologies, processes, and analytics used to plan, execute and measure demand generation programs and other marketing team activities.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • 2-4 years experience managing marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce.com
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing best practices and how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Identify new opportunities to improve marketing and sales processes
  • Perform necessary due diligence on marketing technology purchases
  • Build marketing and sales performance dashboards
  • Analyze marketing and sales performance
  • Work well with other team members and cross-functionally to achieve personal and department goals.

Why you're important to us:

The Marketing team is responsible for driving interest and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This is done across several channels, including but not limited to email, display advertising, pay-per-click advertising, partner marketing, customer marketing, PR, AR, and events.

This position requires a unique combination of marketing experience, business acumen, project management, communication, and leadership skills. You'll be responsible for making recommendations on processes and tools to increase marketing efficiency, enable campaign launches, and perform continual measurement and optimization of marketing campaigns.

In 90 days you will:

Be at a point where you are collaborating with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager able to solve complex business problems and help build new capabilities and processes. Prior to that, in the first 30 days, you will predominantly be focused on becoming familiar with existing implementations, dependencies across complex systems, business problems, and getting fully trained on all processes. We want you to get a point where you can manage a complete marketing technology stack that enables hyper-growth.
