About NEOGOV:

NEOGOV provides a high quality and easy-to-use talent management system to service the public sector market. We’ve developed tools such as PII Blinding to remove bias from the public sector hiring process and create an even playing field for all candidates. We’re seeking an ambitious Marketing Operations Manager that will support the Marketing team and work cross-functionally with members of Sales Operations, Sales, Product, and Sales training to develop processes and reporting that support NEOGOV’s revenue objectives.

 

More about this role:

The Marketing Operations Manager will also drive execution in areas of Marketing Automation, Campaign Operations, and Marketing KPI Management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Salesloft. The Marketing Operations Manager will also need to have the analytical prowess to navigate BI tools like Looker and Tableau.

 

To be successful in this role you should be able to:

  • Implement and manage various email campaigns and lead nurture programs, including the template designs, and calls-to-action
  • Work with Sales Operations to develop a process for handing off leads lead to Sales
  • Have a passion for data and geek out on reporting and analytics
  • Implement and manage lead scoring and attribution
  • Develop and manage marketing reporting dashboards to track key success metrics on email performance, lead funnel and pipeline
  • Grow and manage databases, ensure data cleanliness, append data gaps, build list segmentations based on behavior, website interactions, lifecycle and marketing stages as well as streamline the lead and contact import process
  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack driving process/programs for efficiency and making recommendations as needed to add or remove tech
  • Act as marketing automation expert, meet stakeholders needs by offering smart, trackable solutions and drive alignment between marketing and sales on joint metrics

 

Requirements for this role:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience managing an enterprise Marketing Automation Tool (experience with Hubspot is a bonus).
  • 2 - 3 years of experience aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing data
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Salesforce reporting, creating Salesforce Lighting Dashboards, and marketing administration
  • Knowledge of the B2B marketing demand funnel, programs, and metrics that drive revenue
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and translate business needs into documented requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing preferred)
  • Ability to learn new tools/processes quickly

 

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience with SalesLoft
  • Experience with Salesforce Administration
  • Experience merging multiple instances of any Marketing Automation tool
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Experience as or working closely with a data analyst

 

Physical/Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, communicate, reach and manipulate objects. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis such as files, books, office equipment, etc., and may infrequently require moving materials weighing up to 30 pounds. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating equipment such as a computer keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
