The Customer Operations team is looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the technical elements of a user's journey from awareness to renewal. In this role, you will connect the dots across teams, systems, and processes to provide a cohesive end-to-end experience for all users, and will identify opportunities to increase efficiency and accelerate growth. You will partner with our go-to-market (GTM) team members in developing our strategy and building processes that will ultimately enable EZ Texting to achieve our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these areas and have experience implementing and managing marketing automation tools and processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the business architect and project manager for all marketing and GTM processes
Oversee and manage email operations, including marketing emails, transactional emails, and product engagement emails
Analyze key performance indicators to measure campaign productivity and prepare reporting packages on monthly quarterly results/KPIs to executive management
Own the end-to-end process of tracking users' journey through the funnel, and manage the operations of conversion, engagement, and lead management
Build and monitor tracking for marketing engagements including UTM parameters, event tracking, email engagement, etc. to report on operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business
Act as the admin and point of contact for marketing tools, and manage syncs between systems
Perform ad-hoc analysis on a variety of quantitative and qualitative data sources to answer questions, provide solutions to challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics
Improve marketing efficiency through simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
Partner with sales and sales operations to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
Refine customer segmentation so we can say the right thing to the right people at the right time
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of work experience in marketing operations and marketing automation in a high-growth SAAS company.
Ability to understand high-level growth & content strategies, translate them into system and process requirements.
Analytical with a natural curiosity to test (including A/B), measure, learn and iterate to get the best results possible.
Proven marketing automation subject matter expert, specifically with HubSpot experience.
Experience with Salesforce, with a proficient understanding of the Salesforce CRM architecture and reporting.
Experience with other marketing tech stack applications a plus, such as Google Analytics, VWO, Instapage, Engagio, Drift and GoToWebinar
A desire to help build a best-in-class marketing technology stack for the Enterprise.
