Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview
InStride is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager, to develop and drive demand generation marketing and nurture campaigns to learners using marketing automation tools. This is an exciting opportunity to build and drive growth with scalable campaigns across a multi-dimensional ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and configure marketing and nurture campaigns in marketing automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot, Iterable or equivalent)
- Lead the implementation for lifecycle marketing programs
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, web notifications, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving engagement, & conversion
- Experiment with new technologies and leverage personalization to create a buyer’s journey that resonates with each customer
Ideal Profile
- 4+ years experience with marketing automation or demand generation responsibilities
- Experience working with a Customer Data Platform (Segment, Tealium or equivalent)
- Experience working with different marketing channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Campaigns)
- Must have HTML/CSS experience and be able to customize email templates
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- An execution oriented, hands-on marketer with great project management skills
- Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
