Factual is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead and execute highly effective digital marketing programs to support the growth of engagement, conversion, and revenue generated from our B2B marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for building, managing, and tracking all of our demand generation efforts throughout the customer journey. You thrive in a dynamic work environment, are a ninja with marketing automation tools, and can work cross-functionally with Marketing and Revenue teams to develop and implement the strategy, processes, and reporting/metrics for demand generation.

The role spans the entire lead lifecycle - from inbound and outbound marketing to cultivate and upsell/cross sell programs - and has direct ownership of marketing automation systems (Marketo + others) and the building and management of campaigns across channels including: email, paid media, SEM, SEO, retargeting, events, website, promoted content, direct mail, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing by leading all planning, production, timelines, project deliverables, and resources for campaigns
  • Complete marketing responsibilities including, but not limited to: email marketing, landing pages and microsites creation, list segmentation, multi-channel marketing programs, optimization, testing, and deployment
  • Handle all communications and workflows across marketing partners, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information, content, and asset deliverables
  • Continually improve and optimize performance, processes, and analytics to increase both return on investment and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with key partners (marketing, product marketing, communications, and sales) to implement ad hoc emails or automation for marketing campaigns and programs
  • Define and run marketing-driven lead lifecycle with input from Sales Operations
  • Build and analyze reports to track and optimize marketing generated return on investment and conversions
  • Develop insights and strategies to make recommendations on areas for optimization and ongoing return on investment and improvement for both the marketing and sales teams
  • Advise on best practices and educate marketing peers with regard to optimization, automation capabilities, testing, list segmentation, and projected results
  • Craft, execute, and optimize Google AdWords Campaigns
  • Handle day-to-day partner concerns and troubleshooting of campaign and website issues

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations management function with experience in creating and executing online customer awareness, acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a must
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Google analytics is a requirement
  • Consistent track record of project management on global marketing campaigns
  • Validated experience in campaign-based A/B testing, execution, and analysis
  • Experience in database/list management and building targeted audiences
  • Experience with other marketing technology tools is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and questions
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Paid social experience is preferred
  • Wordpress experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
