Why you're important to us:

PatientPop is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support the company's growth. Our Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with stakeholders in Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Business Systems/Operations, and more to ensure the effective measurement and execution of a wide variety of marketing campaigns.  As a core member of our marketing team, the ideal candidate has ABM experience and has optimized complex MarTech stacks that integrate with Salesforce. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in building effective processes that improve cross-team collaboration. If you are able to balance the needs of the organization today with an eye towards how tools and technology can grow as we scale, we would love to talk to you!

A successful candidate is able to function as a strategic leader who can help drive growth, as well as handle key projects as our technology administrator. If you have helped a fast-growing organization get the most out of a robust tech stack, this is the challenge for you.

How you will contribute:

  • Support the review of the current MarTech stack, working on short-term optimizations while supporting a marketing tech stack merge in 2022.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales enablement and product marketing to maximize revenue opportunities based on demand in the marketplace.
  • Contribute to the lead management process and marketing automation platform infrastructure.
  • Take a key role supporting overall marketing operations strategy, and oversee the day-to-day management of data capture, governance, analysis, derived insights, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team on the requirements for data architecture within the technology stack to ensure cohesive data flow that supports our campaign reporting needs.
  • Analyze existing data, as well as historical trends, to provide early insights into best practices and trends that guarantee data quality across marketing metrics and operations.
  • Contribute to campaign operations supporting a robust process and workflow between marketing managers and our Campaign Ops resources who QA standard campaigns and build custom programs
  • Support management, implementation, and troubleshooting tech stack integrations such as Marketo and Eloqua, Salesforce, Drift, 6sense, Outreach, PathFactory, etc.
  • Lead processes and system changes to ensure compliance with email, privacy, and more.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the transition point of leads between marketing and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams in regard to data enrichment and best practices.

You will stand out with:

  • 3+ years of marketing operations experience at a B2B or SaaS company
  • Experience managing a full suite of marketing automation software (even better if you have experience with multiple marketing automation tools)
    • Our stack includes: Drift, Salesforce, Marketo (and Eloqua), Ringlead, Chilipiper, Bizible, PathFactory, 6Sense, Outreach, and more
  • Familiarity with B2B sales & marketing best practices
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical stakeholders (Sales Ops, Analysts, and Customer Success Ops) & non-technical stakeholders (Sales and Customer Success leadership)
  • Experience analyzing data and suggesting performance improvements, including a track record of sharing insights with cross functional leadership teams
