Marketing Operations Intern
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and data-driven individual to join the FloQast team as our Marketing Operations Intern. This role will support the Marketing team with our expanding email, events and digital programs and will have a heavy focus on data organization, management and analysis. This 10-15 hour/week internship will provide exposure to a variety of programs and systems that are instrumental for business operations and marketing.
This is a paid position with emphasis on providing professional development. May lead to full-time opportunities within the Company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform critical operational tasks including: list uploads, database cleansing and asset organization;
- Organize contact database and related assets in Pardot and SalesForce;
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns;
- Analyze marketing metrics related to email and event campaigns to assess what is performing best Conduct market research and analysis;
- Assist in program logistical needs in relation to events, webinars, third party programs etc.;
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or in a related field; Senior in college who is graduating soon is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
- Strong attention to detail and a strong interest in systems and analytics; Excel skills required
- Ability to work flexible hours and must be able to commute to office location
- Possess “startup grit;” there are always moving pieces in a startup you have to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a sense of humor
