Our team is growing and we are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. The ideal candidate would be a positive, creative, self-starter who loves effective processes, experimenting and implementing efficiencies that the entire marketing team can benefit from. You will be working in a fast-paced startup environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing process across several marketing technology systems, supporting the marketing team’s overall operations

• Day-to-day marketing automation support including, but not limited to, program set-up, list uploads, list and segmentation support, workflow creation, database health and CRM synchronization

• Help coordinate third-party and company hosted events including research, logistics, budgeting, on-site execution, lead management and pre and post-event promotions

• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, lead nurturing, database management and analysis.

• Manage metrics reports on marketing and sales activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact
