About the role

Responsible for overseeing and managing the Nextbite B2B Marketing department, and creating brand awareness through effective marketing strategies.

The impact you will have:

  • Evaluate and develop ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Communicate strategy and goals across teams
  • Collaborate with Director of Sales on sales and marketing initiatives, LTOs, outreach, and drip campaigns Identify customer opportunities by market, consistently uncovering revenue opportunities within our client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts
  • Oversee short-term and long-term marketing budgets, ROI for: digital ads, trade shows, print/paid media
  • Maintain consistent messaging across advertising, presentations, website etc
  • Develop and manage all advertising campaigns
  • Drive quality leads to sales team, increase lead-to-close conversion ratio

What you bring to the role:

  • 10-15 years in a Marketing Director role
  • Successful track record developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media
  • Extensive experience planning and managing budgets
  • Proven history of strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and passion!
