Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000

Mission:

The mission of the Marketing Coordinator is to spearhead the charge on customer acquisition. They will be responsible for maximizing lead generation through digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, branding, content strategy, social media, paid search, CRM, SEO, marketing analytics, website, press, events and trade show management. They will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Sales team in the day-to-day assistance of the implementation of the marketing and sales strategies. They must foster teamwork, have excellent communication skills, be a customer-centered marketer, and eager to enhance brand visibility, generate sales, and maximize lifetime customer value.

This position will report directly to the CMO.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve growth and hit lead generation targets by generating leads through various marketing channels including, social media, email campaigns, thought leadership, press and events.

2. Coordinate assets for all marketing email communications from concept to completion with a strong focus on innovation and optimization to achieve revenue and engagement goals.

3. Leverage analytics to guide content strategy and optimize content positioning.

4. Create social media content calendars and schedule content on social networks.

5. Qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Specific Measures of Success:
1. Revenue: Increase year over year inbound lead generation by 35%.

2. Increase social media engagement by 25%.

3. Increase email marketing engagement 3%
