Responsibilities

• Grow, manage, and monitor our social media channels for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Create a monthly social media calendar for CallFire and EZ Texting across multiple social outlets
• Create a reporting structure and define/track social media KPIs
• Assist with event/trade show sponsorship and attendance preparation, onsite support and coordination
• Monitor and build our online presence on review sites, engaging with reviewers comments and monitoring what the reviews say
• Maintain an inventory of marketing event materials: giveaways, marketing collateral, etc.
• Organize and update marketing collateral for internal teams when new collateral is produced or updated
• Assist with marketing automation as needed
• Support all marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years experience in event marketing
• Experience managing event marketing social media campaigns
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc. is preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
