Responsibilities
- Grow, manage, and monitor our social media channels for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Create a monthly social media calendar for CallFire and EZ Texting across multiple social outlets
- Create a reporting structure and define/track social media KPIs
- Assist with event/trade show sponsorship and attendance preparation, onsite support and coordination
- Monitor and build our online presence on review sites, engaging with reviewers comments and monitoring what the reviews say
- Maintain an inventory of marketing event materials: giveaways, marketing collateral, etc.
- Organize and update marketing collateral for internal teams when new collateral is produced or updated
- Assist with marketing automation as needed
- Support all marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years experience in event marketing
- Experience managing event marketing social media campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc. is preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
