Opportunity
Route is looking for a passionate, highly-organized and relationship-driven Marketing Coordinator for the consumer marketing department, which will entail working closely with brand partnerships, creator marketing, experiential, social as well as with cross-functional teams including B2B, Content, Creative and more.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver and super communicator with proven experience supporting marketing initiatives in the lifestyle and technology space. You’ll thrive in this role if you are a creative and analytical thinker, detail-oriented, and have the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team through researching market trends, consumer insights, competitor landscape
- Support the integrated marketing efforts including stakeholder management, drafting feedback, trafficking assets and post campaign analysis
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to maximize marketing plans, optimize key learnings from influencer, experiential, social, CRM and Growth Marketing teams
- Liaise with operation teams on invoicing and monitoring budget for all marketing activities
- Manage team organization through internal Google Drive documents and other project management tools
- Organize and distribute cross-functional updates for the consumer marketing team
- Support booking team travel, scheduling meetings and other administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Background or previous experience working marketing programs and/or project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot when priorities change
- Skilled in G Suite applications including spreadsheets and presentations
- Ability to simplify complex information and turn it into actionable plans
- Strategic thinker that can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with thoughtful but decisive decision-making
