PeerStreet is a leading marketplace for investing in real estate backed loans (www.PeerStreet.com). We are seeking an analytical, driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing team, with a focus on our B2B business to help us with our next phase of growth.

The Marketing Campaign Manager will design, manage and implement various targeted campaigns including emails, landing pages, webinars, and onboarding programs. This position will require a strong familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce and a proven track-record of measuring and monitoring campaigns. 

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for strong work-ethic and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to map out the customer journey, segment target audiences and propose innovative campaign ideas to the marketing team.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and manage automation (Marketo/Salesforce) workflows and execute highly targeted campaigns including emails, landing pages, nurture streams.
• Familiarity with B2B campaign tactics such as digital marketing, marketing automation, ABM, and lead nurture programs.
• Manage lead scoring to segment our database for nurturing campaigns 
• Develop landing pages, forms, emails for increased lead generation
• Project manage and assist in execution of customer relationship emails such as new lender onboarding, transactional communications, engagement series, voice of the customer and other one-off and automated emails.
• Ability to produce strategic campaign plans that align to pre-defined goals.
• Work with marketing, business development and sales to coordinate campaigns and ensure effective communication streams to target segments.
• Wordpress experience a plus

Qualifications: 

• 6+ yrs experience in Marketing, Operations, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, ideally in B2C and B2B / two sided marketplace context
• Experience and expertise in Marketo and Salesforce
• Zapier, GoToWebinar, Unbounce is a plus 
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices 
• Excellent data analytical abilities to help drive decision 
• Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly
