AuditBoard is seeking a Marketing and Events Specialist who will support the marketing team to execute digital and physical events and other marketing projects on a contract basis. We are looking for a team player who is hard-working, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented. This person will be responsible for supporting the events marketing strategy and enhancing the AuditBoard brand through internal and external initiatives. This role is a 6-month contract with the potential to renew or convert based on business needs/performance.

Key Responsibilities / Performance Requirements:

  • Support events team and events program logistics through every stage
  • Coordinate the successful planning and execution of certain events
  • Assist with webinar program and related digital campaigns
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns 
  • Assist with vendor coordination and invoicing
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Assist with speaker coordination and presentation development 
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data lists
  • Coordinate marketing and event reporting
  • Assist with budget and spend management
  • Assist other marketing team members as needed
  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience executing B2B digital and physical events 
  • Experience in working within Google G-Suite
  • Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • General knowledge of marketing principles
  • Experience with tech/software SaaS companies preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communication, journalism, or related field.
