Why this role is exciting:

AuditBoard is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator who will support the team to execute events and marketing programs logistics through every stage. The ideal candidate is a team player who is hard-working, organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. This person will help with vendor management, assist with budget management, and ensure accuracy and consistency of data lists. As the Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will organize, manage, and ship marketing supplies and client packages, while also managing the inventory of branded items used for events and sales meetings. In this role, you will manage and maintain event webpages, monitor event timelines, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. This person will be responsible for supporting the events marketing strategy and enhancing the AuditBoard brand through internal and external initiatives.

What you will need to succeed:

  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field 
  • Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, marketing, or PR preferred
  • Experience in working within Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
  • Travel and some work on weekends or after hours may be required
