- Market research, execute the promotion, produce performance & other ad hoc reports.
- Admin for Adobe Site Catalyst- responsible for the upkeep, configuration & maintenance of the Adobe Site Catalyst & other systems.
- Conduct market research to support marketing campaign development, evaluation of campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
- Using CRM data, web analytics, and sales data, develop and monitor KPI's and ROI measures for evaluation of marketing output and campaign efforts
- Analyze customer data, purchasing trends, campaign responses, web traffic, and customer database to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Generate content and reports for Product Managers, Marketing Directors, and Upper Management on an ad hoc basis
