User Community Program Manager will be responsible for the management and administration of Laserfiche User Groups and various aspects of User Group member relations. The position will focus on leading cross-functional team efforts and resources effectively and efficiently to build and nurture successful Laserfiche User communities. The goal for this role is to expand the impact and engagement of these communities. The employee will also continue to build and strengthen relationships with Laserfiche customers to help them become successful and be strong advocates of our products.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage all aspects of User Group leaders/members relations
  • Maintain regular User Group leaders/members outreach
  • Build relationships with customers to lead User Groups and to bring users together to contribute to Laserfiche customer engagement, retention and additional company revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies for retention of existing User Group leaders and recruitment and cultivation of new members, including the regular solicitation of User Group feedback
  • Curate and communicate Laserfiche resources for User Group participants
  • Manage Laserfiche’s User Group evaluation programs with a focus on customer service excellence, including but not limited to, coordination of our User Group events surveys and reporting
  • With support from the Director of Global Events and Sales Enablement, manage the annual strategic execution plan for User Groups
  • Represent Laserfiche at Laserfiche User Group events, including speaking publicly for the organization when needed
  • Provide development of the program and on-site coordination of regional events in partnership with regional Customer Success team
  • Plan, promote and coordinate trainers and facilitators for User Group Events
  • Develop and implement strategies for recruiting customer speakers, internal Laserfiche staff trainers, and facilitators
  • Manage various internal teams and individuals in order to plan and execute Laserfiche User Group events throughout the year
  • Support the Director of Global Events and Sales Enablement in developing and implementing new strategic User Group programs and services as the need is identified and feasibility is determined
  • Manage operational needs for User Groups, in collaboration with the Digital, Design and Communications teams in Marketing, coordinate emails, various marketing collateral, and website content and functionality to enhance the Laserfiche User Groups Program

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • At least 2 years of experience in association member management and event planning
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service and to lead and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Program planning, implementation and evaluation experience
  • Demonstrated facility with managing, facilitating and presenting to committees, training and groups
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, flexible and collaborative with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
