Looking for an opportunity that is challenging while rewarding? Join the Bird Public Affairs team as the manager of corporate social responsibility and other special projects. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders throughout the company to develop Bird’s corporate social responsibility program and scale it as the company grows.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders at Bird to develop and manage the company’s corporate social responsibility program
• Passionately drive outbound awareness and expansion of the program globally
• Develop and execute metrics-driven strategies to measure program’s overall success
• Create and deploy a diverse range of platform-specific programs and integrated campaigns that involve numerous aspects of outbound social-based communications mechanisms
• Drive partnerships and integrations pertaining to program

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility or philanthropic programs
• Passion for Bird’s mission and deep desire for collaborating with individuals across the organization
• Experience developing, leading highly effective and measurable campaigns
• Keen attention to detail and stellar writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a deadline driven, fast-paced and ever-changing environment
