HopSkipDrive is a mission-driven company that makes life easier for busy families by getting kids where they need to go safely and dependably. We match families with highly-vetted CareDrivers, who have a minimum of 5 years of childcare experience and must pass a mom-approved, rigorous 15-point certification process, which includes extensive background checks, fingerprinting, DMV checks, driver training, and meeting every single driver in person.
We were founded by 3 working moms who have 8 kids among them and developed HopSkipDrive as a solution to their own problems getting kids where they needed to go. We are a VC-backed company with investment and involvement from nearly every major LA investor including Upfront Ventures, Greycroft and Pritzker, with more than $20M in funding.

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution of all marketing efforts to our existing database of leads and active customers in order to increase conversion rates, improve CLTV, and reduce churn. The manager will analyze data and develop strategies to maximize the conversion and lifetime value of customers. You will work very closely with our Acquisition Marketing Manager and report directly to the VP of Growth.
What you'll do
- Own the entire consumer lifecycle starting from sign-up to repeat usage to driving referrals and rewards for loyal customers
- Create and implement customer lifecycle strategies based on data-analysis
- Leverage omni-channel marketing automation tools to build nurture campaigns, transactional and promotional campaigns to stay top of mind, increase engagement and drive ride bookings
- Working with rest of the marketing team, build and own editorial calendar
- Manage creation and execution of email marketing, push notification and in-app messaging to deliver against marketing KPI’s and drive business goals
- Own and optimize key traffic metrics including CTR, open rates, conversion rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement and retention
- Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with fast-growing, high-volume lists
- Working with Business Intelligence team on larger projects and independently when necessary, analyze performance and provide weekly reporting for executive team and department meetings
- Develop effective segmentation grouping and testing strategies to continuously optimize results.
Who you are

- At least 5 years in digital marketing with a minimum 2 year demonstrated success in CRM or email marketing from concept to completion
- Proven track record in developing retention, CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies founded on data analysis and consumer insights
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking
- Results-driven marketer with exceptional knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing, KPI tracking and ROI analysis
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms including Marketo, HubSpot, LeanPlum or similar required; consumer segmentation experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
