Why you're important to us:

The Integration-Activations team serves as the primary point of contact for enabling an integration between PatientPop and the practice’s EMR/PMS/Scheduling System. The team handles new activation requests, trains practices on how to manage their newly integrated workflow, works closely with Tech Ops and R&D for troubleshooting assistance, captures feature requests and feedback for future enhancements, owns customer-facing communication throughout the activation process, and works with Product to build new Integrations. They work closely with practices to gain a deep understanding of their workflows and enable the integrated features of our platform by overcoming objections and obstacles without sacrificing customer satisfaction.


How you will contribute:

Lead Generation Specialist plays a critical role within PatientPop’s Integration organization. This individual is responsible for helping scale the percent integrated across the entire company. Our specialists are experts in researching our existing market-base, discover ways to eliminate customer pain points, and getting access and setting meetings with practice decision-makers. Our Specialists also work closely with PatientPop’s Product team to explore new integration opportunities by managing the customer-facing relationship; contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new customer opportunities through outbound & inbound outreach of warm leads.
  • Conducting market research on your leads to pinpoint the ideal customer and knowing what problems they have that a PatientPop Integration may solve.
  • Research prospective customers, identify key targets, and generate interest.
  • Maintain a proficient understanding of PatientPop’s Integration product to educate and qualify leads.
  • Meet individual quarterly metrics in integration demos scheduled & performed. 
  • Hold a strong sense of organization & time management to optimize the amount of integration demos booked. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, and on multiple projects, to assist in scaling percent integrated as well as integratabtle.

Required Experience:

  • BA/BS Degree from an accredited university
  • 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of exceeding weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development.


You will stand out with:

  • You’re a hustler and not afraid to pick up the phone! 
  • Experience working in multiple healthcare Scheduling Systems/EMRs/PMS 
  • Experience with Salesforce - navigating through Cases, Opportunities, & Accounts
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the Healthcare industry
  • 1-2 years of experience working in SaaS 
  • Proficient technical aptitude is a major plus!
