Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Experiential Marketing Coordinator who can help ideate, present and produce original events, experiences and activations. The Experiential Marketing coordinator will report to our Experiential Marketing Manager and work with the Experience Team to help create bespoke experiences for a variety of different types of projects. Must beLos Angeles based.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and brainstorming for experience projects and events
- Creating client-ready proposals in Google Slides
- Working with creative team for asset mockups as needed for presentations
- Support in creating project budgets
- Vendor management
- Support with event logistics including but not limited to obtaining permits as needed, acquiring event insurance, sourcing equipment and overseeing event production
- Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Manage meeting follow-up. This includes taking notes in certain meetings and making sure all attendees are aware of and complete necessary next steps (i.e. updating Asana).
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand partner integrations in different experiences
- Maintain current lists of preferred vendors and strategic partners
- Measuring the impact of our efforts, and learning how to vocalize and promote new ideas and opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years experience working on events, both large and small scale - experience working on both agency and brand side a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Google Drive and online suite of programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, etc.
- Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job
- Perform ROI analysis and compile key learnings and results post-events
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with thoughtful but decisive decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up setting; comfortable and efficient in a team environment
- Hardworking, creative, and professional, with close attention to detail
