The Role

Wpromote’s internal marketing division is looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to add to the team. The right candidate is proactive, performance-driven, and an entertaining communicator. They should be comfortable writing engaging social posts one minute, launching new paid campaigns the next, and then digging into data and adjusting social strategies on the fly.

You Will Be

  • Developing and executing internal branded social media marketing strategy and initiatives to drive awareness, traffic, engagement, and leads to wpromote.com
  • Managing all of Wpromote’s social media profiles including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, and Pinterest
  • Creating timely, engaging, attention-worthy organic posts and ad campaigns that positively reflect the Wpromote brand and position us as a leader within the digital marketing space
  • Conceptualizing and maintaining paid and organic social posting calendars
  • Setting up, activating, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns
  • Analyzing and reporting relevant social media KPIs on a monthly basis for successes and opportunities
  • Working alongside content writers, designers, channel managers, and marketing team Directors to execute collaborative marketing campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in our industry
  • Expected to develop a deep understanding of our brand, services, and customer base
  • Assisting the internal marketing team with additional branding initiatives on an as needed basis

You Must Have

  • 1-2 years of experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid and earned social campaigns across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Previous B2B experience is a plus.
  • Two or four year degree in communications, digital marketing, or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge with Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor.
  • Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Advertising is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification preferred.
  • Solid Knowledge with MS Excel application and general knowledge of other office applications, Google work products, and other common applications.
  • Creative and analytical skills with the ability to take direction well, learn/develop new skill sets, problem solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail.
  • Talent with writing creative, concise, smart, and engaging copy for an established brand voice.
  • High standards for excellence and holistic thinking.
  • A strong level of attention to detail with both creative aptitude and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to gracefully give, receive, and incorporate feedback.
  • Eagerness to learn new strategies and pick up new skills.
  • Strong grammatical/writing skills and a style that maximizes social usability and accessibility
  • Multitasking skills as well as ability to hit and exceed deadlines required.
  • An understanding of digital marketing (Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, and Email Marketing) is a plus.
  • Experience with G Suite, Google Analytics, and Keynote (preferred but not required).
