Tinder is looking for a bright, analytical, driven, and creative candidate to join our US marketing team as a Coordinator. In this role, you will support internal process optimization, day to day project management support on integrated campaigns (brand, product, and multi-cultural) and small scale user research and insights. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing new processes, working cross-functionally and getting things done to bring creative marketing ideas to life.


The Coordinator should be proficient in Google Apps, have strong attention to detail and polished communication skills, and have a passion for pop culture and trends. In this role you will:

  • Develop core marketing and campaign management skills such as brief writing, feedback communication, cross-functional stakeholder management and reporting
  • Lead weekly reporting on cultural trends, competitive landscape, and brand and partnership opportunities
  • Partner with cross functional marketing teams to develop effective project management tracking processes and reporting
  • Support day to day management of small-scale research and trend spotting among Gen Z audience
  • Provide daily support to the Integrated Marketing team leading Tinder’s US brand and product marketing in partnership with multiple marketing disciplines (paid media, organic social, partnerships etc.) with an opportunity to own parts of larger marketing efforts
  • Support can include meeting notes, project management, asset trafficking
  • Work cross-functionally to help develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including efforts focused on brand, product, and multicultural marketing
  • Provide meaningful contributions to strategic and tactical plans through market research
  • Track results and analytics on various dashboards while drawing meaningful conclusions and learnings from these metrics and regularly sharing them with the team

We're looking for:

  • 1-2 years experience (internship experience OK for new grads)
  • Experience working and communicating effectively with teams
  • Innovative thinker with a get-it-done attitude
  • Passionate about creativity and problem solving
  • Extremely organized and able to maintain quality output while working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Has an eye for spotting cultural trends across channels such as Snapchat, IG, TikTok, Twitter, etc
  • Passionate about consumer insights and research
  • Fun, creative, and social individual who loves Tinder
  • Positive and optimistic outlook

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Prior marketing experience across one or multiple verticals including but not limited to paid media, organic social, brand marketing, etc
  • Prior startup experience is helpful (but not necessary)
  • Data/analytical experience
