As the Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager for GoGuardian, you'll develop and execute high-performing, best-in-class marketing programs that fully align to our business’ overall go to market strategy and mission to transform education. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you'll collaborate with a cross-functional team of internal colleagues, external consultants, and agencies to meet or exceed forecasted business targets. You will make a significant impact on our marketing pipeline, and be a vital, all-around contributor to the continued success of the marketing team.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for B2B channel marketing tactics (E.g. social, digital advertising, website, email marketing, content marketing, PR, events, and sales enablement). Lead and execute on deliverables from multiple campaigns in-flight based and deliver on agreed upon KPIs .
  • Responsible for building holistic marketing plans for B2B marketing - social, digital advertising, website, email marketing, content marketing, PR, events, and sales enablement
  • Identify, evaluate and execute marketing campaigns that achieve awareness and demand generation goals. Develop reporting on all campaigns with specific measurable and meaning insights. Ability to determine what worked and what didn’t for every campaign.
  • Lead A/B test for all areas of the holistic marketing strategy, analyzing the behavioral and demand data to determine quick pivoting or increase acceleration as needed
  • Drive innovation and an aggressive experimentation approach to unlock value and fast-track demand creation & conversion for all campaigns
  • Manage the end-to-end build of marketing programs by collaborating with creative teams, product marketing, and agency partners to activate campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve goals. This includes real-time monitoring and adjustments, as needed, as well as longer-term reviews to gauge how leads are maturing through the funnel
  • Measure the effectiveness of all prospect growth initiatives and key business drivers, in partnership with finance, data, and business intelligence teams

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing
  • Experience contributing to the development and execution of demand generation campaign
  • Experience with B2B channel marketing tactics. (E.g. social, digital advertising, website, email marketing, content marketing, PR, and events)
  • Experience working with Pardot and Salesforce
  • Team oriented, creative, adaptable, driven and attention to detail
  • Data-driven decision maker with experience analyzing and reporting on program resultsSelf starter and willing to guide others through marketing processes
  • Experience working in high-growth, B2B start-up environments
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and stellar project management skills
