Ring is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own and drive our paid and earned influencer marketing programs. This role will be focused on managing our relationships with Podcast, Audio, YouTube and Instagram influencers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading media buying and strategy while developing a cohesive messaging approach across our portfolio of home security products. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of cross product marketing strategies across all influencer mediums
• Manage relationships with influencer agencies and third-party partners
• Manage all campaign elements from ideation to execution to reporting 
• Partner with content strategy, brand, mass media and marketing analytics teams to craft influencer marketing strategies and tactics 
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer marketing program on an ongoing basis to senior stakeholders within the Ring organization.
• Determine appropriate KPIs and effectively manage budgets to meet and exceed campaign expectations 

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing influencer marketing campaigns for direct to consumer brands
• 3+ year of experience with Radio, Podcast and YouTube including contract negotiation and opportunity evaluation 
• 2+ years of experience working on large-scale, global campaigns involving regional digital assets with strict usage rights is highly beneficial, but not necessary
• An eye for creative storytelling and a demonstrated understanding of brand strategy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Autonomous & self-directed worker but knows when/how to escalate when necessary with proactive solutions.
