You Will Be

• Leading influencer campaign strategies on assigned accounts, from goal setting concept development through execution
• Collaborating with other members of the team to support large campaigns and product launches through ad hoc research, partner communication, and logistics support
• Identifying relevant influencers for campaigns and programs that maximize brand ROI and achieve KPIs
• Managing influencer project communication and coordination of logistics
• Reviewing influencer content for accuracy, brand guidelines, and FTC compliance
• Analyzing data and insights for monthly, quarterly, or campaign-specific performance reports
• Staying informed of platform updates across YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, search engines, editorial publishers and emerging digital platforms
• Assessing the competitive landscape and provide recommendations, opportunities, suggestions, and education to clients and internal teams

You Must Have

• 1-2 years of experience with influencer marketing within an agency or in-house environment
• Associates or Bachelors degree in marketing/communications/PR or relevant experience
• The knack to think on your feet and stay organized (outstanding project management skills)
• Detail oriented self-starter with demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• An interest in influencer marketing and a passion for brainstorming creative
• Experience with a variety of social, content and streaming platforms including YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics a plus. 
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client-facing experience a plus
