ROLE SUMMARY:


Reporting to the CEO the Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy and plan for LeaseLock to drive demand, awareness and ecosystem growth in collaboration with our product and sales teams. The Head of Marketing will lead the evolution of our messaging, positioning, and execution of the narrative in our key assets: LeaseLock presentations, campaigns, events, demos, sales enablement, and press releases. Critical to this leader’s success is a laser focus on pipeline generation ensuring the right message, at the right time and right place for our target audiences. The abilities to drive scale and fortify our position as the leading insurtech platform for real estate, work collaboratively and deliver results in a matrixed small but mighty team, and partner cross-functionally to build and execute a cohesive GTM plan, are essential. Regular interaction with customers and a customer-first mindset must be at the center of everything we do.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Lead and direct the work of LeaseLock’s end-to-end Marketing machine:

  • Drive LeaseLock’s brand, thought leadership and awareness among key audiences, including C-suite executives, leaders, developers and the Board.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to build business plans, positioning and messaging, pricing and packaging strategy, and GTM for new products, as well as launch those products into the market with a full suite of market-facing and sales enablement content
  • Develop a multi-channel strategy for reaching LeaseLock prospects;; run integrated campaigns and programs to drive pipeline growth and maturation
  • Lead innovation and advancement of LeaseLock’s digital, social, content and Web marketing strategies LeaseLock Position Description
  • Craft and execute a PR strategy to amplify LeaseLock’s message and extend our leadership position in key analyst reports
  • Serve as the market intelligence center for LeaseLock, defining buyer personas, maintaining competitive intelligence, and developing playbooks to highlight our differentiation and maximize win rates
  • Foster developer adoption and love through developer marketing and community building programs
  • Serve on LeaseLock’s executive leadership team and work closely with the team to drive top-level go-to-market strategy
  • Act as a strong, visible executive advocate and voice for LeaseLock; amplifying our message internally and leveraging the full power of LeaseLock to drive joint solutions, value propositions, messages, sales plays, and resulting demand/pipeline
  • Scale a world-class, multi-discipline enterprise marketing organization, setting the tone of the culture and pace of work


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Undergraduate degree with an MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years industry experience
  • 6+ years leading and growing teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent and energetic people leader.
