What you’ll do
- Lead all aspects of marketing at Flowspace, this includes digital marketing, event marketing, product marketing, and brand marketing
- Understand Flowspace’s vision and provide solutions for accurately conveying our story and value proposition
- Research and identify key marketing channels that should be pursued and present to executive team with data to support your decisions
- Lead the marketing team in understanding how customers are acquired and determine ways to expand upon this
- Mentor and develop existing talent and hire/onboard new talent
Who we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing ideally in the B2B space
- Demonstrated ability to grow and lead a cross functional team
- Driven individual with a passion for growing a company from the start up level
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
