WE’RE LOOKING FOR . . . 

You: a skilled communications and marketing strategist with a demonstrated expertise in crafting brand narratives and leading the team(s) responsible for executing against delivering the right message across a number of formats and to a variety of audiences. 

As the Head of Marketing & Branding, you will lead both internal and external communication, working closely with the leader throughout the company as well as a wide range of strategic partners to build a comprehensive brand narrative. This role will be the key go-to for, creating strategy that increases engagement in - and awareness of - our existing and expanding product suite.


YOUR TEAM

You will report to the CFO & President, leading the Marketing, Branding, and Communications teams, while working closely with BD and Sales to drive strategic alignment.

YOUR EXPERTISE & SKILLS

  • Minimum of 15+ years of marketing and strategic communications and branding experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with and translate Executive priorities into meaningful communications campaigns that connect with target audiences;
  • Experience managing and leading significant and complex marketing and/or strategic communications programs and campaigns with measurable results;
  • Proven success leading multiple efforts simultaneously, using outstanding project management skills to shape and produce content in a variety of formats, including event and presentation storytelling;
  • Ability to forge critical partnerships, influence effectively, and develop solutions which result in mutually beneficial outcomes;
  • Proven experience developing and managing complex, multifaceted communication programs from inception through execution, including strategic planning, crafting effective messaging, and overseeing development of creative assets—particularly for both internal and external audiences;
  • Experience working directly with an Executive team, providing outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to create audience-focused, highly-engaging, comprehensive content designed to connect with, and communicate complex ideas to, a sophisticated audience;
  • Knowledge of communications and marketing best practices, including analytics;
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize, problem solve, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and to build productive relationships across a broad array of functional areas.

The Value You Deliver

  • Leading engagement, communications, and branding efforts 
  • Collaborating with both internal and external partners as well as subject matter experts to develop and execute marketing and communications programs that deliver measurable outcomes against audience objectives
  • Directly leading the project management and creation of content and campaign assets in support of the strategy including, but not limited to: presentations to support PR and IR campaigns, high-profile speaking engagements, reports, infographics, video, marketing collateral, as well as coaching others to deliver high-quality materials.
  • Market research, including but not limited to forecasting, use cases, client personas
  • Advertising and promotional materials and campaigns
  • Strategy to maximize revenue generation
  • Ushering and ownership of the marketing, branding, and communications process


WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE

  • Demonstrated success in leading successful IR communications
  • Advanced degree, preferably in communications, journalism or marketing
  • Comfort with delivering filmed presentations
